5k easy w/ 8 hill sprints
Easy run to Güntzstraße, then 4 passes on the hill, incorporating 2 hill sprints there between 10 and 15 seconds in length. Gentle run home after that. It started to rain during the run, briefly stopped but then returned with a vengeance. I got completely soaked. The temperature also dropped from over 11°C to 5 while I was out there. Brrrrr
