Very easy paced run to, around and home from the Bligh Way playing fields

Didn't feel too bad but my lower back and Glute Medius began to lock up shortly afterwards. Heat, ice and Ibuprofen to the rescue, looks like it's going to be a quiet few days running wise to allow it to free up... 🤞
