Pt session with Dan
Did something a bit different today to test out upper body.

Did dumbbell chest press both flat and incline and worked through different weights getting heavier. Had no problem with my muscle in left side, obviously found it harder as I went heavier.

Also did upright seated row and single hand lat pull-down
