PT session with Dan
Left side of back is still quite sore when I make certain movements so I was worried this would be a waste of a session.

It actually was ok as did mainly legs but elevated squats without any weight but holding for longer. Also single leg deadlifts without weights but trying to go slower down, hold then fast up. Did other usual leg exercises ok.
