First test row after break due to Sciatica
Session aim: no more than 10 minutes at r20, stop if anything hurts
Achievements: Stopped at 10 minutes despite feeling good and feeling enthusiastic. Held the rate at 20 and was surprised by how low my HR stayed at that rate.
