Run of two halves... first 5k felt great and steady 5:35s - then slightly weirdly lost a gear and stuck in at 5:45s. From 5th to 10th over a couple of miles.
Probably all just means not fit enough for sub35 yet! Would have liked mile 4 at least not have been over the cliff edge though!
Bit of an improvement from 39 minutes last year though.
