Pleased with this run. It was hard and run/walk but long slow jogging and short brisk walks.
Weather was loopy. Started out in cold sunshine. Then it snowed. Then it stopped. Then it rained/sleeted. Then it was bright sunshine and biting wind. Warm in sheltered areas.
