Haddington Half Marathon 2014 === Not the best run of my life. Had problems with my Achilles again so I stopped at each drink station to stretch them out as well as take on water. Walked a bit while I had my second gel on the climb to Bolton and stretched again there. My longest run for ages so I shouldn't have been surprised at my lack of fitness over the distance.
