About this parkrun
beautiful scenery. tough, hilly off road course. single lap and mostly friendly cows. popular with runners with dogsDocM 7th Jan 2019
The one with The Hill. The winter course is flat but the regular course fully utilises the parkland's rolling landscape. Single lap in each case. Excellent cafe for post-run refuel. The most picturesque of Cambridge's parkruns.

Unusual for Cambridgeshire in that it's positively hilly. Also very scenic, friendly and with a good NT cafe. Don'e count on a fast time.

Lovely parkrun, even with the hill after a mile. Cross country so trail shoes needed if it’s been raining. Never done the winter course. Also has a farm and adventure playground in the NT property -great for kids afterwards if members.

It's a Cross Country really nice big hill after one mile and a top level café not fast but enjoyable. I've now done the winter course so it's flatter but off road so of out and back. You must travel to Wimpole as it's lovely grounds.

Grassy and slightly bumpy (hello rabbit holes!). Apparently route reverting to normal (i.e. the route shown on Fetch) from next week. Great atmosphere!

Normal route is one loop, short steep hill, past a lake then by the hall. Some tarmac, mainly grass, muddy if it's been raining, trail shoes recommended. Hilly for the area & for me the most attractive local route. Plenty of parking, £2 to NT
