Grey Badger Hope to achieve one of my goals for the year and get under 65min for 10 miles but i will be on night shifts so i will just have to wait and see. Hoping to beat my PB here so if anyone wants to bet on me please do. I will try my best. Very warm day and a head wind all the way but still beat my PB by 1m 48sec.

Jenson Pleased with time. Started at back of field and just kept working way through. Felt yakky by the end - especially pleased to be confronted by that steep incline near te end...NOT. Another water stop might have been a help given the heat but we are all adults so...
