bedlam_g Didn't train enough for this and went out too hard in the first 5 miles, leading to a gruesome next 13. Would have been a very challenging race even if I had put in the training got the much mentioned Two Breweries cramp on at the top of the Stobo Home Farm track. Although the final climb up Trahenna probably rates as one of my lowest points in running but i'm still chuffed to have completed this.
