Girlie Will be aiming for around 47 mins to try and take a bit off my pb. ***UPDATE*** Garmin time 48:42 so no pb today:-( sorry folks. it was rather hot today and I faded in the 2nd half. Was paced excellently by a club mate and we did the first 2 miles at 5k pace, so no wonder I faded! Probably not quite match fit after op, but enjoyed the run, we passed more than passed us and I'm still under 50 mins:-) ***UPDATE

paulhalford Did it as mile reps training run. Thanks to those that passed me while I was walking/slow jogging on my 60s rest and checked I was okay! Not happy with time (29:50?) but pleased it got me to 11th.
