PQ Had a fairly poor race at the park run earlier so happy enough with my time here.

The_Saint Nice, was mediocre this morning at the time trial but felt good for this. Maybe there is something in this time of day affecting performance thing. I should have pushed harder as I did even splits which is unusual for me.
