Marcus A tropical rainstorm, thunder & lightning and then steaming roads in warm sunshine for this one. Started out fine at 6:15 pace but died on my a**e at about 4K. Was glad to get the last couyple of k over and done with - a pity really but probably a reflection of the minimal amount of training I've done through the summer. Need to start doing some proper miles before Snowdonia! That will be a trainig run though (I hope).

RunningBob Best chance of pb this year. Triple counter for: grandprix, Cheshire champs and summer series. Tropical storm just before start took the edge off the times with mud, puddles and greasy corners. Finished 6th after exciting race for 5th place - just shimmied for Cheshire V40 Champ by Malc on the last corner - aaaargh. Just failed to pb - sorry punters. PB's are hard I'm really not a good bet :-) V40 2nd + Cheshire Champs overall bronze. Wilmslow wins 1st and 2nd team and overall GP.
