Alun Interesting course, not especially hilly but more constantly undulating, waterlogged in places and muddy in others. Went out hard and kept working hard for as long as possible, lost a few places on the last lap including one to Gareth in the final 400m, finished 73rd. Really happy with my running at the moment. A really great race, definitely one to do again!
