Alun I love the Shorne Wood 5, reminds me that its only 6 weeks until the Cross Country Season starts again. Will be doing a few training runs around the course in preparation! SK aka Clive Hee, this was verging on the Grim!!! Very muddy, but good fun, and tough at the end, was warned about Cardiac Hill, actually think there was 2 of them. Nice to chat to Gordon and his buddy at the start, could see them in the distance but never managed to catch up with them! After racing yesterday the legs were a little tired for this one.
