Fan E Baws In three days I had ran two different races, poles apart from each other. On Sunday I ran in the Paisley 10k road race with 1,000 plus runners. On the Tuesday after I ran in an open 5k track race at Crownpoint Stadium with only six runners. On a dull and drizzly evening I completely the race in 6th and last place in 18:02.4 seconds. I ran well considering I had just got over a bad chest cold.
