Boycie Disappointing race for me. Finished 4th, but 30 seconds off second, who was the guy I comfortably beat over 3 miles two weeks ago. I started off too hard and paid for it in the middle section, which should have been easy as it was downhill and on road. Also I did not help myself by going out for a few drinks last night. Must be more sensible if I want to run seriously!
