Alun Fast start, felt okay when leading at the bell (74 seconds) but my legs began to go with 250m remaining, they fell off completely into the finishing straight and I had nothing left at the finish (79 seconds), crossed the line in third place in 2:33.7 - a 2.6 seconds PB and a 1.5 seconds M55 club record (sorry Gareth).
