Deeman A really warm day and a flattish course allowed me to rack up another HM PB of 1:38:20. My leg tightened up around mile four, but I managed to stay strong and carry on. Many thanks to the thousands of spectators who lined the entire course offering encouragement. Also thanks to the stewards and volunteers involved today....we could not do it without you! I would recommend this event for anyone who is looking for a PB.
