Debstir That really is a wee toughie! Especially the steps! Lots of long drags of up & downhills, rather than short sharp climbs & drops. Seemed to get past quite a few runners on the inclines for some reason; maybe I subconsciously like hills? Quickest 10k time so far this year (although this is my watch time - started right at the back! And I started my watch at the start line). Garmin did measure 6.08 though, but I'm not too bothered!

senga the trolly dolly Felt great at the start of the race and was running well up to 5k, but was really sick several times just after the steps and lost a good couple of mins. Shame looked to be heading for a pb. My son, Jamie ran well in his first race since the London marathon finishing 5th.
