starfleet1985 Paul Dimmock Memorial 5mile on the New Leighton Buzzard Bypass. Me, Dad, and mum, John and Martin TG. Watch timing from start location to finish line. Lovely scenery but boring course. Well organised and well marshalled. Strong attendance. Ideal weather Grey and overcast. Start from a roundbouut on the Bypass halfway between Stoke Hammong and Leighton Buzzard. Then run out for 2.5 miles down the bypass on one lane towards Stoke Hammond. Turn round and run back towards the start/finish in the other lane. Fast and stedy pace all the way.
