SneekyPete found the shorter course better for me, as I was still fresh on the second lap. Had a headache afterwards, perhaps due to running on hard ground in spikes. DIDNT twist my ankles, much to my suprise, but I may have run slower and looked where I was going....

Spruce Goose Very pleased with time and position (91st), significant improvement on prior run at Culham. Shortness of course caught me out, certainly shorter than advertised, and choice of footwear was very difficult. Decided to go for short spikes, which certainly gave me OK grip but still turned my right ankle a few times which is now very sore.
