Llamadance ooooh, came 4th. Started off a bit too fast and was peching a bit - no Km markers so hard to judge, also, no HRM belt. Ran in 2nd place for a bit then was passed by a couple of guys who stayed there the whole way. Felt strong at end and maybe could have ran a bit harder. Right ham seemed tight near end. Also, wind was in our face for almost all the way, so quite pleased with time.
