milemonster Cross country race. Colwyn Bay. 16th. Good day out. Started slow then finished fast. 2nd Wrexham after Darren Rowlands.

Team Win Had a shocker! Was 25thish after 1 lap then caught a stitch and started going backwards, lost approx 20 places over next 2 laps (a nightmare as I was 6th scorer at the time), then managed to pull myself together on last lap overtaking about 5 on 2nd half of last lap before 3 caught me in the last 50 metres of the race as I had nothing left. Ended up 7th for club (1 outside scoring positions) in 43rd but major disappointment as I was 26th last year and 5th scorer with us packing 6 in 32. This year our scorers were 2,5,24,25,27,42 so I feel like I let the team down as I was in shape to come 30th at least.
