Mr. K. Course B - Cold, wet, tough but quite fun. Enjoyed it better than Boxing Day - hope that doesn`t mean I`m getting to like THAT course. Splits - 4:54(7:54/m), 5:11(8:22/m), 5:14(8:26/m), 5:10(8:19/m), 5:12(8:24/m) & 0.45(7:27/m)

Rach E Ran for the win so relatively easy but got horridly cold and felt quite ill at the end. Ran the overdistance-cross-country-iced-waterlogged-course-spectacular as regular route too icy.
