RunnerBean1978 Disapointed with the result which I had hoped would be one min quicker. Not sure why as I felt I put all my effort in - can only think of one factor - the 3k race the night before which added to my lactic legs! Hoping that next weeks road flatter race may prove more fruitful. Hint - dont race two nights in a row. Lovely course though. 23rd Female.

Sting Ray A good course, didnt mind doing two laps. It felt like most of it was down hill, but the run up hill is in 3 stages getting harder and harder.

Wolfwoman I had to pace myself to do the hills, no way did I want to walk. I sped up on the downhill on the last lap, making up for lost time.
