JulesR Hilly route - puts the 'U' into Undulating. Someone told me that after 4 miles it was all downhill, but it kept on climbing. Couldn't get the 40 minutes and also got confused by the distance markers counting down 10k in miles. Nice, friendly, well-organised race and the rain stopped just before the off.
