Debbie G I'm finally finding my form again - hurrah :-) Nearly 30 seconds quicker than the same course last year so I'm really pleased. Great weather for racing again and what a super Strider turnout - 62 crossed the line out of 442 finishers !

Lills I knocked almost 2 and a half minutes off my time from last year. Got carried away with the stampede at the start and ran the first mile way too fast, the next two mile too fast as well, and ended up slowing down in the final FLAT two miles. Pleased with my time though but hope to beat this at Great Bentley.

Mudlark/Titan Tri sport Will be fresher for this race,a whole week without a race inbetween!Will have raceing head on 4 this one ! Update.Whot a mad start !twas the charge of the light brigade!500+ all sprinting like loones for the first 100mts to a gate then left turn,madness.any way race settled down & ran hard as possible,blew at 3 / 4 miles and found a bit again last mile.PB !good run.

TecT Hope to go faster than at Bury 2 weeks ago... Phew! Worked hard and managed to knock 80 secs of my first 5 mile time - really pleased!!! Better still, no adverse reaction in the hips. Hoorah!
