Greenman No chance of a PB here, it's a tough course and I'm running Leek Half the day before. Legs were still feeling the effects of Leek but pleased to get round in under 41mins.

Zeb entering on the day. don't think I'll get a PB as done no speed work, but planning to run first half easyish, then speed up. Will be a bit quicker as I didn't stop garmin (doh). First two miles far too quick, then just couldn't do the hill between 3 and 4k. Abandoned PB attempt and decided to treat it as a training run. Official time.
