gtwhitton Probably a bit ambitious with my prediction of 41m30s, but it's a target to aim for. My previous 10k PB of 40m27s was 6 years ago, although I have been training and running really well recently and the most consistently for 5 or so years. The only other time I ran this race my time was 42m51s, so if I beat that I'll be happy. Glenrothes 10k. A new route since the only other time i've done this race. Quite a hot and humid day, so I felt I struggled quite a bit, and mile 4 seems to have been my most difficult and slowest. Pleased with time and the people that I beat since I've not raced this far for a long time. 32nd out of 302 - well happy!!
