Groundhog Yay! PB on first 10kof the year. Really hilly and felt terrible all the way from 3k in. All thatpain was worth it though.

Mr. K. Started 5th from last. Beforehand thought about 57mins would be good. Steady running. I`ve missed hils so the incline at 5Km was `nice`. Splits - 8:22, 8:48, 8:40, 8:26, 8:32, 8:33, 1:06 (0.14m @ 7:57/m)

Zehnderboy Groin injury meant that there was no PB attempt today. Went off slow to see how I went and then upped the pace to just below normal 10k pace - felt comfortable. Coped well with the hills and there were a few but felt a little drained at the end, but crept in just below 47 mins. Nice to bump into fleecy, Topcorner and Mr K today, arrived with pagesmith - so a pretty good fetch fest.
