BrianJ Longest ever run! Difficult in places - glad the recent heatwave didn't decide to come back for today. But still hard going for last few miles - slightly up hill and with tailwind meant no cooling so I suffered. HR zoomed up without increasing pace, but finished OK and feel fine now
