Ellem Wow - tough, muddy, cross country bits, very wet - but great fun. Time slow but never run a race like that before. Was fab :-)

HappyTimes OMG that was a toughie!! Not sure what to make of my performance,effort levels per HR monitor say I worked hard,but time seemed rubbish. Cross country, woodland trail paths and generally mixed running terrain which had suffered with wet weather making things slippy. Only the one fall though and I think no real damage.
