RichyC Pleased with run today. Ran 2nd leg in 14.36, didn't get passed at all and gained 10 places. Annoyingly slowed significantly during 2nd mile through the field where it was harder to pass and to be honest I didn't have the legs to nail it anyway but good first mile and managed to pick it up again for the finish.
