Ally2 Went for 16:30 for UK ranking but blitzed it. Felt strong in cool calm conditions. Splits 1k 3:03, 2k 6:16, 3k 9:31, 4k 12:46. Very pleased. Came 18th just behind a Charnwood AC runner and some quality Derby and Notts AC runners were out in force at the front.

Lincsfella Derby midweek 5k, Blimey, didnt think a PB was on as i was dying off in the last mile, was even scared to look at me watch. Needless to say im quite pleased. Time is watch time not official time.

sLickster Last 5k until the series resumes in September so may as well have a bash at a PB...UPDATE: Very pleased with the run, a PB by 35 seconds. Planned to run 3.50-3.52 splits and push it at the end to sneak a PB. Anyway I led Spaceman round until 2.5k then he pulled us through to 4.5k and then I dug deep and pushed on. We just slipped past Lincsfella in the last 400m too. Splits (3.51, 3.52, 3.53, 3.51, 3.14!) Great running by Spaceman tonight, quickest 5k time for a good while. 18.41

Spaceman Great conditions and a great performance. Really pleased with the time as I wasn't expecting to go sub 19 but I felt strong tonight.

Super Norts I ran 8.34 & 8.31 giving me 17.05 quite pleased but also would of liked to go under 17.00 think i might of managed it but my Thighs seemed rather heavy probably the weekends racing still.
