morganpeet Found this really difficult. Very hot and my legs just didnt seem to want to work. Started off way too fast and then paid the consequences for the rest of the race. Didnt enjoy it (although thats no fault of the organisers) and it felt harder than the previous 2 years. Put this one down to experience!!

Pathtower Chippenham Half, Chip time 1.34.10. Good weather, slightly hot with a fair breeze. Reasonable run but lacking the long tempo runs in training, otherwise good. Slowed badly after 9 miles 6.28, 7.04, 6.52, 7.03, 7.04, 7.11, 7.14, 7.13, 7.17, 7.28, 7.38, 7.42, 7.09, 43.
