kstuart Due to 20 mile training run on either friday afternoon after work i may not PB here but i'll try anyway. I can't guarntee a PB this time unlike the others as i'll no one pacing me so it would be a riskier bet. I know how fast i need to run however and i'll be giving it my best shot. I have also bet on my self to encourage me to push for it. UPDATE Well i managed to knock off another 23 seconds today despite taking my second tumble in a week on a race. This time i must oif managed to roll over my watch as the begger wasn't running when i looked to check pace a few mins later. Managed to wing it pace wise off of Current pace and Time of day as well as flying down any even remotely downhill sections to try and build up as much time in the bank as possible. Now for a nice long soak i think.
