About this parkrun
A fast and flat run around mostly paved track twice around the park. A bit dull compared to more cross-country based courses and parking is sometimes tricky apparently. I only went once and got my PB!Sinj 29th Dec 2018
2-3 loops of the park. In winter this is all on tarmac path. In summer the course takes in a loop on grass around the centre of the park (hence slightly less lappage). Flat.
Very busy these days.

Quite a busy parkrun but quite flat so a good chance of a PB.

Winter course which is 2.5 laps on tarmac, flat, very busy, but still able to run without banging into other runners.

Every busy at the start but once it evens out, you can go fast.
