Boycie This is a nice course, there are some challenges to it - i.e. tight turns, a few climbs (although nothing killer - just enough to slow you down a bit) and a big crowd to take part. Slower course that either the Derby Midweek 5k or the Bitton RR one just down the road from this one... Not sure quite where I finished - probably 30th ish...

rob_sturman Unofficial PB by 6 seconds - hopefully there is enough in hand for the official time to still be a PB. Tried to set off fairly steady and and have enough left for a decent finish, which I think I managed. Official PB by 9 seconds!!!

Selfish Git!!! Ok 8 seconds slower than September but recovering from a cold.Temperature at the start was ideal. Cycled there and back 4 miles each way.
