beders Fantastic race, massive hill up Shooters Lane at mile 4, 3000ft of ascent and descent made for a good workout of legs and lungs. Some great twisting woodland paths, superb views from the tops, frantic descents, and a river crossing at the finish made sure you were never bored. Very pleased with my time, nearly 13 minutes faster than last year and even managed to overhaul Euph in the last mile to pip him to the finish. Very well organised with great encouraging marshalls, a must for next year !!

clairster A personal worst time wise but a personal best fun wise! Had a great time despite the huge hills, loads of fun running down then and just took my time going up them. What a fab race in a great setting
