Boycie Looking to PB this - ideally would like to sub 17, but that may be a bit too much off my current mark. Course is flat and fast and my PB was set on an undulating course - so fingers crossed!!! Hmmm... Don't know what to make of that. Finished 2nd so that was brill, but timewise pretty unimpressive, my legs were heavy although not ridiculously so, I just couldn't run much quicker today. Realistically I did a half marathon on Sunday and 30 miles prior to this race since! So maybe I should expect quite so much. I will try a

Dochart race hq at oldland afc with changing etc. the race start is 3/4m away at bitton station and is out and back on a flat & fast course along the traffic-free bristol to bath railway path. conditions were good on the evening. i started further back than ideal and consequently the first km was a little congested but the field soon strung out. i was slowly making progress through the field all the way to the last k when i began to run out of puff and was caught by another runner. very pleased with the time. 17/77.
