bedlam_g Was in shape beforehand to have a shot at my 1.13 pb but an almost constant howling headwind reduced me to trying to breathe, grinding out a win and getting a time that wouldn't damage my series chances. The warm up interupting boasts from other clubs of sub 1.15 challengers came to nothing and a cracking run from my club mate Nea had him clinching 2nd with a huge pb.
