Lisrun I did this in 2005 and the tram trounced me even though it had an awful start. Not a chance of me keeping up with it, but a great traffic free race. *Update* I have heard that the tram has been out practising on the course every day and having regular injections of something chemical in nature, what a cheek ! *After* Its all very well having a clever watch, but you still have to press it properly to start it ! I didn't start it until just after the 1K marker so my time is not as accurate as it should be. A cracking course, different from what it had been two years ago, but still pretty hilly. The tram was certainly fast, after its usual slow start it caught me even more quickly than two years ago. The off road second half was muddy in places and trail shoes would have been a good idea. Goody bag contained orange juice, ham (!) sandwich, water, two chocolate biscuits and a first - a boomerang !
