Chrisity 4.2 miles but one mile rough and several pinch points that added 20 secs or so to the time. generally good run, maintained pace on second lap.

SPKoF actually 4.2 miles. knackered after 17 yesterday. Course not great due to early pinch points meaning having to wait to get through fence gaps
