tazzzman this is a tough race mentally as its five out and back laps on the now disused somerset and devon railroad. its all on tarmac which also makes it tough on the feet. you get to see all the other racers from the other events which livens up the run. you get all four medals for completing this ultra which is a nice touch but do not under estimate this. its easy to run too fast early on. slow and easy wins the race.
