craigo 22nd good field, good event ,ran 32.00m 10years ago...was very breezy ,struggling a bit with a groin strain at the moment thus the slower time..than expected..get some treatment this week..no pain no gain!!!

Tinywhitevan Been on holiday, and this was first real run for a month, so time only to be expected really. Felt grim with stitch just after mile 3, but felt fairly reasonable otherwise; just very slow and need to get back into training again. Hopefully, this will be the kick up the backside I need!
