paul the builder Well organised and marshalled. Starts and finishes at Navan Fort, via a simple circular road route. Gentle first 5m, then 6 and 7 solidly climb, and 8 and 9 aren't easy either. The last 600-800m were a real blast downhill to put the smile back on. I'm pleased enough - a minute better than previous 10m time - and felt strong all the way around. Thanks to no.29 (Emma?) who was a good pacing/racing companion for the second half.
