Aberfeldy Sprint Triathlon

Fat Boy Very windy conditions today at the Aberfeldy Tri. Overall time was 1.17.41, placing 9th. Missed posting the quickest run stage by 1 second!

Jaffers Swim and run went really well and both transitions too, but the bike was another disaster. Apart from the gale force westerly wind, the chain came off which cost me a few minutes as it got very stuck, and I had a double simultaneous blowout at 8.5 miles on the fastest downhill section of the course. Minor miracle that I managed to stay up. So plenty to be pleased about, and plenty to learn from too.
