Good stuff, WA Running might be laborious for a little while, but you're a good runner and it'll come back.
Don't fret too much about the possibility of arthritis. Lower limb arthritis is common in the population, lots of runners will have some signs of it, and managing it while continuing to run becomes instinctive.

Aargh, meant to blog but haven't got round to it yet
2 C25K sessions done. Both were fine. I find the starting and stopping a bit odd to get used to, as just as I feel I'm getting into my stride I'm walking again. Having said that I'm finishing the half hour feeling fresh rather than knackered. Day 3 tomorrow, likely to be in the dark. Need to find my head torch!
